She is the worst, inconsiderate and dismissive doctor I’ve ever seen at Genesis. She has zero bedside manner. If you’re looking for more questions than answers, she’s your doctor. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. I left my two minute office visit with zero questions answered and being told “medical science isn’t perfect and I may not get any answers”. I refuse to accept that after be shuffled around and she was a follow up visit after an extremely emotional week.
Dr. Westerband is awesome and so is the staff. Dr. Westerband has been my Dr. for 24 years.
on time, professional, and incredibly mindful throughout my visit. I appreciated her attentiveness and the way she took the time to listen without making me feel rushed. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring.
