Had to wait over an hour in exam chair . Cause a missed appointment with another doctor. Very slow, she must over book patients. Probably charges for time in exam room. Bet she would keep a person in there for days if she could
Dr Rose is an extremely caring doctor who makes the patient she is seeing at the moment feel as if they are the only patient she has. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have already recommended her to a number of my friends and they have all been very pleased with her as well
I am really disappointed what they did. The front desk is careless and irresponsible. And this doctor sold me a tea-tree oil shampoo for $10 which she claimed it can clean the demodicid mite in eye related area. I have used it twice which cause me shin peeling around eyes. The front desk helped me checked with insurance company and didn't say anything about I will need to pay the expensive fee but I got the bill later. I think all of them are unprofessional and irresponsible
