Dr. Bonk has been my doctors two times in my life. When I first lived in the area, she was recommended by a friend. She was absolutely smart, engaging, and caring. She listened to all I went through ( 4 miscarriages with her), and saw me through both of my pregnancies beautifully. I moved away for 10 years but when I returned to the area, I came back to her. I was charged $95 for an office visit for asking for a prescription. The same thing they do over the phone for free. I had an appointment on a Thursday and they wanted to get me in for the ultrasound that day for, but their schedule was backed up so they had me come in the following day. I came in Friday for the ultrasound ONLY - no appointment scheduled. I am astonished at the lack of concern by this provider. Not one question was asked about my well being. I was not asked if I had any concerns. Lisette was cold, uncaring and almost rude. I don't even think she said, "how are you today". Unbelievable. Luckily, I am done having children. I could not endure the lack of bedside manners of this place from front desk to check out.
