The Drs we’ve seen here are good, if somewhat rushed between patients/rush us out of appointments which I don’t appreciate. But what I’m really unhappy with are the reception staff. I am yet to have a positive interaction with them whenever I call, they are rude, presumptuous, and judgemental. Excellent service, operation and post care keeping me fully informed all the way and answered all enquiries with detail and respect. Great setup with so much current technology.
Excellent clinic and doctors
Took my 5 yr old for her first visit , all staff were extremely friendly and helpful would definitely recommend Catherine Dunlop she was fantastic
We have been 3 times and she has been unfriendly every time and we haven’t been made to feel welcome. When I decided to try again I called the reception to book in and they were incredibly rude on the phone so I cancelled the pending appointment and have since booked elsewhere. Sorry you’re all so unhappy within your job.
