Very happy with Dr Carney. Sure helped me through the worst part of my tinnitis. Very pleased.
The practice takes forever to follow-up on test results, there are too many patients so wait time is considerable, and the office is pretty shabby. The doctor is fine - nice enough - but I still lack a pathway forward for my issue. The nurse assistant who called was not helpful so it's basically shelling out more funds for the privilege of meeting with this doctor or trying to find another who might be more responsive. I agree with some of the other reviews concerning the shabby building and interior. Also, there does seem to be a long wait time to get an appt as well as longer waits while in there. HOWEVER, I'll still give 5 stars because the Dr. herself is truly exceptional, warm patient and TAKES HER TIME, you never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as needed. In the end, that's the most important.
Dr. Carney was WONDERFUL. She took her time with me during my exam, got a very thorough history and didn’t make me feel like the small details I was giving weren’t important as I was telling them like some providers do. She informed me of everything she was going to do to me before doing it and followed up everything with a treatment plan to close out the appointment.
