She is an excellent doctor. She has been of great assistance to me. I have been consulting her for a year now, even after my insurance coverage changed. I was fortunate enough to find her again. She is an attentive listener and provides valuable assistance.
This provider obviously has no respect for patients whatsoever. I jumped through hoops to try scheduling an appointment with her only for her to completely disregard my appointment date/time requests. She offered two same-day appointments for times that had ALREADY PASSED. It's hard enough to get mental health care but this is just disrespectful. Don't give your money to this woman because she clearly doesn't care the slightest bit about her patients.
Have been working with Dr Bank past few months after switching from my previous psychiatrist. I never feel rushed and can truly open up about how I have been feeling. Very relatable and feel like she is a much better fit for me and I’m grateful to have been connected to her. Thank you
