Awfully disrespectful staff in the clinic. She said they can accommodate new patients but never followed through with the referrals and agencies representing the patients. The receptionist who answers the phone is not knowledgeable on operations and the process of how the clinic works more so the doctor’s schedule. The worst podiatrist in the city.
Dr. Papak is an amazing dr. She is very personable taking the time to get to know her patients. She is compassionate and takes interest in her patients problems no matter how small. She actually answers her own phone at the office and even calls you to check up to see how you are progressing all without being asked. She is the model of what being a doctor is all about. Don’t go anywhere else for your foot problems.
