honest and explained my condition and treatment very well
It was poor. He didn’t answer to my questions. He didn't even gave me a clear diagnosis. He said that what my son has just happens and there is nothing for it.
I saw Dr. Gonzalez for a blepharoplasty surgery 3 mos ago, but I am not satisfied with the results. The swelling is gone but my eyes are asymmetrical. My right eye is still droopy while the left is perfect. The only reason I sought him out was to get a rejuvenating look and to put on makeup and show off my eyes. Now, I can't even look at anybody straight in the face & I turn side ways hoping people won't notice the asymmetry. I told him but he did not offer to fix it and didn't seem to care! BOO

I am sorry your results did not meet your expectations however I did not guarantee nor could any other surgeon guarantee perfect symmetry. It was only 3 months since the surgery and often times the healing process take longer. I do care how you feel and I am sorry I gave the the impression that I did not care.
I did left eye ptosis surgery and I didn't see the result. When I talk with the doctor about my appeal he told me you didn't see the result I see it and turn off the phone. Only doctor want is money he didn't care what happen after surgery.

I apologies for your perception that "all I care for is money" since I reduced my professional fee to help you. The results of your surgery was partially successful we are talking about 1 mm difference in lid position. It is unrealistic to predict and expect perfect symmetry, as the tissue healing process carries a certain degree of uncertainty.
