The most terrible experience I’ve had!! I setup an appointment a month ago with Dr Mickler for the fort Walton beach location for my son. We drove an hour each way to get there, took off work and arrive to a dark building with no one there. Thirty minutes on hold with different offices only to find out the Dr left the practice and no one called to let us know. We were left flat!! Very unprofessional. We are furious.
Dr. Mickler, his staff, and The Eye Institute at Medical Center Clinic, are top-notch! From scheduling the initial examination for my three-year-old in an expeditious manner, to leaving the clinic after the first appointment and purchasing glasses in the optical shop, we could not have asked for a better experience. My child was put at ease throughout the whole process because of the comforting staff and technicians. Best eye doctor you could ask for, fixed my strabismus and my life has changed ever since. First visit, he was to the point and ready to schedule me for whatever I needed. Very thorough and compassionate.
