Very unprofessional. Questioned why i would have a port and questioned me about the medical professional who decided for me to have it. Then proceeded to invalidate the chronic illnesses i have by saying “you could drink a Gatorade and 2 waters and be just fine.” I did not come for his opinion on if i should have a port or not, I came for pain. This man does not listen to his patient or parent & looked me directly in the eyes and lied to me about how he couldn’t treat my daughter because there was a nursing shortage and not enough rooms… only to find out from his attending nurse that there were plenty of nurses and rooms. My daughter has a very complicated condition & he told me that she looked well to him.
