Appointments are impossible to get (sometime 3 to 6 MONTHS) very little help when you do and LOTS of "jumping through hoops to get help and alot of excuses.
She is an awesome dr
I really like this doctor! She is very friendly and listens to your concerns. She is easy to contact via messing and responds quickly.
If you want a referral to a specialist she won’t give it to you even if it’s an emergency. Your option is to wait 2 months to see her just to get a referral or go elsewhere. Doesn't matter if she’s your primary care physician. Terrible customer service!! It’s way easier to just find a new doctor then wait for someone who doesn’t care
Even though Dr. G has a very busy practice, I have never failed to think that I was being rushed through my visits with her. She has always taken as much time as I needed to discuss any issues I had. She is a very compassionate and friendly doctor and I will follow her wherever she may go.
I really like Dr. Guillermo (or Dr. G as most of her patients call her). She is warm, caring and professional. She doesn't hesitate to refer when necessary. Dr. G. is an excellent physician and I highly recommend her.

Very nice doctor! She listened to everything I had to say, which was a lot because of my extensive medical history. She listened, and responded to my concerns and my expressed needs. Wait time was a little long because of trying to verify my new insurance. Overall, a great visit! :)
Whenever people are in need of a great doctor, Dr, Guillermo is the only one I recommend. I can't explain how grateful I am for her. The wait times may be long, but I don't mind because it only goes to show you how much she cares. She is over booked with people that love her and she doesn't let that pressure take time away from each person. She will sit with you as long as you need and always responds to messages thoroughly and quickly. Plus she will work you in if you truly need it. I love her
