This doctor could not figure out the pathology of a simple specimen.
Fraudulent Billing. I never saw this provider, I never had labs done with this provider, but continue to receive 'Due Upon Receipt' statements for full balance lab work (again, for lab work I never had done with a provider I never saw).
Seems to have billed me directly without contacting my health insurance. I found no record of a health insurance claim from his office.
Overcharged my insurance as an emergency procedure, when all I had was tissue and blood work done for polyps removed from a scheduled surgery at VA Hospital Center. His medical coders / billers are crooked.
