Never once checked on me. Was told to be in the office at 11 at 3 I left. Front desk staff extremely rude. Woman at front desk kept calling me mama. Dr was having lunch with a drug rep while ignoring the people waiting. Very bad experience
Dr.Odem is very thoughtful and he allows you (the patient to explain what they are feeling.) Most Dr. Insist on telling you how you feel. He is always jovial and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Odem. If you want a nice, pleasant, and passionate Dr. I recommend Dr Odem. Mary Cooper
Dr. Odom is wonderful doctor,he treats his patients like his family. He takes time to listen to your problem, if a test needs to be done his staff makes it happen. Christy is one of the sweetest nurses, very caring . I would recommend Dr.Odom to anyone, The whole staff are amazing people.
Entire staff is friendly and courteous, especially at the front desk where I am welcomed by name as I enter the office. Wait times are minimal and staff cares about providing the best treatment possible. Would recommend this office to anyone needing a primary care or specialized treatment program.
