I recently hired this carpet cleaning company after reading several positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The technicians arrived late, rushed through the job, and several stains were still visible after they finished. The carpets were left overly wet, and communication about my concerns was poor. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

reached out to Dr carpet & they were extremely easy to work with - showed up earlier then scheduled ( which was great, no waiting around) got to work fast & charged less than the 5 other places I called by a good margin - would recommend !!!

Brandon and Gustavo did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! They were professional, worked quickly, and were very efficient while still doing a thorough job.
