So I called to get a refill for My Son, who is asthmatic I was told he cannot receive a refill on his inhaler because he had to see a doctor mind you asthmatic what part of not refilling his medication that he needed to come in to see her so that just let me know I just switched his doctor and hopefully no one has an emergency to where they need to refill a prescription cause the receptionist at the front desk refused to put it through and then tells me to call the pharmacy and ask them to do it so better yet what I’ll do is... read more
Dr Lim was mine and my brothers pediatrician when we were kids and now my son goes to her. I have nothing bad to say about her, she always has taken care of my son and is always attentive. not sure about these other reviews but we have never waited an inappropriate amount of time. can’t speak on other staff but Doreen at the front has always been a kind angel every since I was little. if you’re in the area and are seeking a reliable pediatrician I definitely recommend Dr Lim.
Dr. Lim is not a bad doctor. However, the last visit my child had his 1 yr check up she was getting mad and snapped on my child because he kept moving and yelling from excitement.. like what do you expect lol Her staff is never consistent, she always has new staff (red flag). Every time I visit/called they are always rude. Waiting room/rooms: Waiting room has a small tv in a corner at an awkward position. There are no toys or books for the kiddos. Everything is VERY outdated from posters, equipment, and furniture. Warm rooms... read more
Dr. Lim is not a bad doctor. She takes a long time to care for the children, even if there are few patients, she is a good doctor, nothing more will improve the waiting
