I must say that dealing with the billing department is horrible. I spoke to a representative by the name of Stephanie, Who was very sarcastic and condescending and could not simply explain an issue that was not explained correctly previously. When I called, I was extremely kind and she responded with a horrible tone. I would ask everyone to avoid this office just because of Stephanie
