The doctor is very nice and I think she's very good, but I leave messages on my portal plus I called and no one ever returns my calls I really wonder if the Doctor gets the messages I had a positive culture no one called me they said it was a holiday weekend but I never knew I had to take an antibiotic and I had nothing but trouble
I was given a referral from my primary care doctor to see this doctor. Referral was sent by the doctors office and I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule an appt. Never received a call so referral was sent again by my doctor. My doctor also advised me to call their office as well. When I did the receptionist was extremely rude. I hung up and refused to go to that office. Very poor customer service.
