Dr. Langford is amazing! So is Lauren! They always answer my messages in a timely manner and they truly care about their patients. I suffer from anxiety and they both explain everything to me and make sure I am comfortable and understand. It is hard to find providers who actually care. They do! Thank you both for all you do daily! Amazing staff and facility as well!
I have been trying to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Carolyn Langford since 8.20.25 when I called and left a message. My primary care physician sent a referral for me to Dr. Langford's office on 8.25.25 and I am still waiting for a call from this office. It is 9.5.25.
Great surgeant but her billing system is totally messed up. I keep getting charged for out of net work when the Dr. is in my insurence network. The office and billing system doesn't give. I keep paying and hope they'll get audited because I feel like I'm getting scammed.
She is thorough and wants to help.
Professional, kind, and a beautiful office. Staff is excellent too! But communication between phone and doctor are enough to make me switch. No call back day before appointment, 2nd time, I showed up at 8am, took day off from work and appointment not available again for a month. This is about me being a Cancer survivor, 3rd year, and needing ASAP to find out about my bladder issues. 1 month is not acceptable.
