I love Dr. Langford, it's just some of her nurses not good with people. Sometimes asking questions from a patient will get better results and better help for patients. Other than that, l love Dr. Langford. And then I get a certified letter telling me I will no longer be able to be seen at her office. Should I get a lawyer for this matter. I have a kidney problem and nurse wouldn't allow me to see the Dr. because I couldn't pee in a cup?? 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Please not that this review is not a review for the doctor. This review is for customer service/phone service/call back etiquette. I have been trying to follow up on a referral my PCP issued. For a week I have been trying to talk to someone in this practice and it has been impossible. No phone etiquette whatsoever.

The doctor is very nice and I think she's very good, but I leave messages on my portal plus I called and no one ever returns my calls I really wonder if the Doctor gets the messages I had a positive culture no one called me they said it was a holiday weekend but I never knew I had to take an antibiotic and I had nothing but trouble

I was given a referral from my primary care doctor to see this doctor. Referral was sent by the doctors office and I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule an appt. Never received a call so referral was sent again by my doctor. My doctor also advised me to call their office as well. When I did the receptionist was extremely rude. I hung up and refused to go to that office. Very poor customer service.
