Great place and good people!
I made an appointment in January for March (first available). I showed up to my appointment but they did not have me scheduled for any date. I had received the patient portal so obviously communicated with someone in the office to schedule an appointment. I asked how could they not have me down for my appointment that I scheduled over two months ago and hired a babysitter so that I can go. Amy, the front desk receptionist, was a nightmare. As a first-time customer at Pure Dermatology in Irving to see Dr. Kim, I called to check on a prescription. I don't know if I caught her on a bad day. After explaining that I had not received my medication, she could not care less and had no empathy. It felt like I was talking to a robot. First time patient. I am glad I didn't listen to all of the negative reviews. From the front desk girls to Dr. Kim, all were very welcoming and friendly.
