I don’t usually write reviews, but I left this appointment feeling unheard and dismissed. My vision changed suddenly after a serious car accident and concussion, yet I felt my concerns were reduced to age-related changes, dry-eye drops, and +1 reading glasses. At my rehabilitation clinic (iScope Concussion Clinic), my symptoms were taken seriously and clearly explained, including how concussion, eye muscles, and neck trauma can affect vision. We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Isbister's office. The receptionists greet every patient with a warm smile and are always patient, helpful, efficient, and highly professional. They are knowledgeable and make the process of arranging specialist appointments smooth and stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to the two wonderful receptionists, Yuki and Neda. Mixed feelings! My cataract surgery was painless and efficient. And, contrary to many people, I find all the support staff at the clinic very helpful and pleasant.It’s a factory - Dr. Isbister performed 19 cataract operations on the day she operated on me! But I do feel I was conned into getting the more expensive lenses - it’s not the money, it’s that the prescription in my left eye is too weak - I can read with that eye but long distance vision is blurry and my brain struggles, especially when driving.
