I was a new patient who had been using another doctor in the practise who retired…When I asked her to remove a lesion on my forehead, she shocked me by responding,” you want me to commit fraud”.. I was speechless..she assumed I asked for cosmetic reasons..I was worried about melanoma …never used her again.
Very thorough and gentle removal of a facial bump
I started seeing Dr. Carroll when I was 13 years old and I'm 29 now and there's still no dermatologist I trust more. She worked with me when I was a petulant teenager who was extremely resistant to following a proper skincare routine for my acne, correctly diagnosed dermatitis from a mango allergy I didn't know I had pretty much immediately, and is always a welcome source of common sense advice and treatment. Can't say enough good things!
Today I took my mom to see Dr. Carroll as a new patient and we were so delighted to meet her. She was so kind and attentive to my mom who is almost 95 years old it was such a great visit. Dr. Carroll took us right away and diagnosed my mom very quickly and put her very much at ease. We are thrilled with Dr. Carroll and glad we chose her to be our Dermatologist. We would highly recommend her.
