The front office receptionist is soft spoken and efficient. Calming for the patients. Dr Barnes is very informative and gave us our options. She allowed us to make our own choices based upon her recommendations. Ken is the technician that was extremely patient and helpful with fitting in treatments according to our schedule. Ruth is the financial advisor , she was instrumental in giving us an avenue for financial assistance during treatment. The front office staff and radiation technicians were lovely - professional, very competent and personable. They really provided lightness and laughter to my daily treatments during a very stressful time for me. Dr Barnes is the best. She's compassionate, clear, answers all questions and is a very good listener. I had an insurance glitch and she went over and above to assist in resolving the issue with the company and in personally calling me to reassure me.
