Today was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced from a doctor in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Caperton came in very rushy and over talking every word we were trying to tell her about my son’s allergies. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that is not what a good doctor does. You don’t take it out on your patients. Mind you, this was a two hour wait and we got nothing done! He has been going to her since he was six. He is 17 now. So you know that we are loyal patients!
