I find Dr. Newman to be extremely thorough, thoughtful, and caring. She's alway takes the time to explain pros and cons of treatment options and is big proponent of proactive testing. I think she's great and always look forward to seeing her.
I have been ignored by Dr.Newman even being refused a physical because I’m not over 40 years of age. I asked for a form to fill out which is just two signatures confirming my disability and she refuses to sign it the week before her vacation. Lazy and does not care about her patients at all. Her receptionist are rude and do not relay the messages needed for better access. I promise you if you want to be taken care of and be respected as a patient she is not the doctor to go to.
