They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Have been a patient of Dr. Kingston for nearly eleven years and she and her staff make the doctor's office experience a blessing. Informative, sensitive, thorough.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Dr. Kingston is great. She took the time to get to know me and my history, and she took the time to find out what I'm looking for now. It's nice to find a doctor who spends some time, rather than just rushing off to the next patient.
