I have been seeing Dr. Caroline for several years, as a competitive athlete and a regular human trying to live a long and Active life. Not typically one to formally complain but felt i needed to say something so people are aware, especially since i ran into someone else who had a very bad experience. I feel she has potential but maybe is still too new at this and hasnt been mentored under someone for a length of time to excel in her craft as well as learn the ropes of customer service.
