I’m so tired of calling for prescription refills or visits! Nobody answered the phone or call back!
Dr Choan seems knowledgeable and kind, however trying to get hold of her is very hard. During her last visit she did a referral for 2 MRI’S and a muscle biopsy. She said once she had that data, she could work on a treatment plan. Well my wife got the 2 MRI’s, but unable to schedule a muscle biopsy with hospital because the need the MRI results and some question for her. Dr Choan is an EXCELLENT neurologist!!! She is very kind and genuinely cares about her patients. She is extremely thorough!!! Not only does she really listen, but she also takes her time explaining everything, and always patiently answers all of your questions. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Choan! I just wish there were more doctors like her! You’re in good hands with Dr Choan. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!
She seems like a good doctor but can’t keep up with appointments! I am livid as to why I was scheduled for a televisit on Friday 7/18 at 11:15 am, she calls at 12:02, left a VM to call her office. I called her office and the scheduler tells me she will call back between 1245-1pm!!!! I WAITED until 2 pm only to be told it will have to be cancelled since she won’t do any more calls!
