I can't thank Dr Caroline enough. We had to put our 13 year old pug down and while the days leading up to it seemed unimaginable, Dr Caroline and her team were so comforting. She explained the process clearly and was so caring through it all. She gave us our time and let us decide when was the time to help our pug transition. I can't say enough good things about Dr Caroline and her staff. Even when taking our dogs body away she had a nice basket and blanket for him to travel in. It made me feel that he was being loved and ca... read more

Barely know how to begin... but we'll start with my family and I are beyond grateful for the experience and care that was provided for our precious sweet girl. A short time later, Erica called back, not because she had to, but because she genuinely cared. Hearing the desperation in my voice, she said she would speak to Dr. Ca... read more

Dr. Caroline was absolutely wonderful. She listened with genuine care and really understood our pain. Her support was exceptional, and she made us feel like we were talking to a friend, not a stranger. I highly recommend her!

We found Dr Caroline through word of mouth and an internet search and could not be more grateful for the beautiful experience we had in the nearly 90 minutes she spent with us and our beloved dog Maci who had been with us for nearly 18 years. Although Maci was not in physical pain , she was senile, had difficulty walking and was becoming incontinent of urine and stool. After talking it over with our daughter who lived 2000 miles away we decided to get Dr Caroline to help Maci easily slip away into another world. Dr Caroline ... read more
