Extremely kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. Prochnau listens to her patients and is attentive to concerns and will investigate further to find answers to health issues you are having.
Dr.Prochnau and Sharon are both wonderful but her front desk people are terrible. Sandra always has an attitude. Who wants to deal with that if you’re not feeling well. Thinking about leaving.
The staff is always friendly . Both doctors spend quality time with you , meeting ever need you have and never do I feel rushed. You might wait sometimes but in doing so you know others are getting the same great care you will be getting! I highly recommend!!
