Dr. Cushing saw my mother about a year ago for cognitive impairment, trouble sleeping, brain fog, and delayed processing of speech. He spent little time reviewing her tests, scanned her sleep study and deemed she had insomnia. He suggested she purchase a book that helps teach sleep techniques. I immediately got a second opinion from one of his partners, who diagnosed her with Alzheimers after doing the proper testing. Had a sleep study done in July 2022. Was suppose to have a follow up per insurance within 90 days and no one followed up. I've left messages to have someone call me and nothing. I was trained over the phone on how to use my machine by an outside source and now when I need an adjustment to my machine I can't get one because I cannot get into see Dr. Mohan for another 3 months which is over a year later. I called other doctors and they won't see me either.
I think Dr. Vivio is a good doctor. We really liked her. Unfortunately, the office staff in Greenwood has been extremely frustrating and nearly incompetent to deal with. It’s almost a joke in my family at this point. I’ve never experienced anything like this in what should be a professional setting.
Can’t say enough about her listening skills, attentiveness. Confident, knowledgeable. Absolutely the best.
Not my visit. My wife’s. Given a CYA diagnosis. She is having cognitive issues due to lack of sleep and he is giving generic advice that we have already adhered to for years. Lame approach. Typical for JMH, since it’s a band aid station that provides a good living for also ran providers.
He correctly diagnosed me with MS during a hospital stay in 2014 and has been my neurologist since then. He’s such a caring, nice, fun, and knowledgeable neurologist and I’m so grateful that he’s been on my healthcare team since day one of this mess!
My S.O. was referred to Dr. Cushing after a stroke. Dr. Cushing sent him for an MRI. That was 2 weeks ago and we have not yet received the results. There have been multiple calls made to the office with a nurse calling back, to only say there was something found on the MRI, and the doctor was supposed to call. No word from the doctor yet. this doctor is a quack and shouldn't even hold a license in my opinion ,will not listen to your concerns,i've seen him for 5 months now and he hasnt sent me for any tests,addressed the root cause of my pain ,and walks out of the room when you address the issue ,he is a poor excuse for a doctor and i wouldn't recommend him to anyone
