I want to start with I hate to go the dentist especially with my past experiences. When you first walk in they greet you ask you if you need anything while you wait to see the Dr. The office is spotless very clean I get greeted by the Dr and the technician who took my x-rays was very Profesional meaning he knew what he was doing finally I see the Dr and she made my experience wonderful meaning she has hands like an angel no discomfort very Profesional I would highly recommend Dr Cortez to anyone who has had bad experiences b... read more

I have done all that I could in an effort not to write this particular review of Iscaja Dental. Unfortunately, the circumstances and the treatment I have received warrant this post. My issue is not with Dr. Cortez, as she has always been professional, kind, and helpful. My grievance is with the front office staff, in particular. Back in early September, I had to cancel an appointment due to health reasons, and when I did, I was immediately told, "I’m not going to reschedule your appointment."
