Front desk and assistants were amazing, but the second Dr. Vandenakker opened the door she was very cold, very demeaning & rude to me and her assistants, she made me feel like I was called in to the principles office for wrongdoing. She didn't even come near me, not to mention examine my neck, head and shoulders which were the reasons I was referred to Sports Injury doctor in the first place and she got to see all my medical records before she accepted the referral.
