Dr Papov has wonderful bedside manner. She took plenty of time to go over history and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. The office staff greeted me warmly when I arrived. Took care of everything quickly.
Dr Papov is thorough, kind and listens. It is so easy to talk to her. She provides data, gives choices and help you make decisions for what is best for you. I am soooo happy I found her.
I left this practice after a decade and was very hurt by the treatment from staff and Dr. Papov . They do not respect bodily autonomy and will use coercion to manipulate situations. Two years ago, Sharon basically told me I had to do something I was uncomfortable with because Dr. Baxter wanted me to do it. Since then, I switched to a different practice and it's been a blessing.
