Dr. Jin and staff are wonderful, and it's my dumb luck that I found them. My crown fell out, and I was in a lot of pain. My now former dentist was out of town, so I literally just went down the list of dentists in my insurance network until I found a dentist that could see me that day. Thankfully, that dentist was Dr. Jin. Dr. Jin did an unbelievable job, was extremely patient despite my crankiness, and she even called me the next day to make sure I was OK. Dr. Carol Jin and her whole office are the best in all of San Ramon! I promise they are the most professional team and will treat you with respect and explain everything in easy to understand language, rather than the standard "dentist" talk. Dr. Jin seems like she cares, and she does great work. Enough said!
