I was looking for a female doctor in Olympia and found Dr. Carol Knowlton on my provider list. I called her office to make a new patient appointment and was put on hold for over 10 minutes - know one checked on me to see if I wanted to continue to hold and after almost 11 minutes someone came on the line and asked me if I was holding for a referral.
