Carol is very slow, she will make you wait as much as an hour without even telling you that she is running behind, but yet she has the audacity to charge 25.00 for missed appointments! Her staff is not very professional in explaining the procedures for payments or payment plans. Carol doesn't not sit down, and explain what is going to happen or what she is about to do or even your charges. She just starts to perform the work, and expects payment.
