After getting the then popular "bi-polar" diagnosis for serious issues with my step-daughter from another psychiatrist, we experienced ongoing frustration with the lack of progress in helping her. Then we switched to Dr. Beresford who began at the beginning with no preconceived labels in mind and obtained an accurate assessment that led to treatment that actually worked! We'd still be struggling if it were not for Dr. Beresford's open-minded and professional approach.

Lazy and incompetent. We were referred to Dr Hanna for a consultation. Our child has a host of medical issues. Dr Hanna basically dodged any opportunity to collaborate with our care team. She was slow to return phone calls and emails. She ignored our concerns about the medicines she had prescribed. When we challenged her, she grew defensive and angry. It’s not clear to me how she remains employed. Dr. Hanna is medically, and professionally, incompetent.

Our doctor was very pleasant. Dr. Hanna even went above and beyond and told us she would check on a referral to a separate clinic when we told her we haven't received word yet. She gave us piece of mind and we had a fantastic experience. Great environment and great staff! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great Nephrologist.
