Fortunately I have been a patient of Dr. Galban's for 29 years. She is the ultimate professional, thorough, caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Galban is unique among family practitioners in that she switches fluidly from being an exceptionally skilled clinician/scientist, the kind of doctor who looks beyond surface symptoms to really find root problems, to being a kind and compassionate friend, someone who will share a laugh, smile and encouragement even when life looks otherwise bleak.
I have been going to Dr. Galban for over 20 years and completely trust her with my life. In fact one weekend I wasn't feeling well and went to a walk-in clinic and was misdiagnosed. I didn't feel this was right and made sure to get in with Dr. Galban asap. I am so glad I did because she sent me for testing suspecting I had a blood clot. The radiologist wasn't sure why I was there and tried to get me to not have the test, Dr. Galban insisted and she was right! She literally saved my life!
Dr. Galban is truly exceptional in every way. She is knowledgeable, thorough, gentle, and has an outstanding bedside manner. She is patient, kind, compassionate, sensitive, and approachable. More than any doctor I've worked with in the past, she takes the time to connect with her patients on a very human level. When discussing difficult topics, she is calming, reassuring, and genuinely caring.
