Admin (Hedi) does not know how to speak to people and should not be in a role where this is a requirement. Absolutely rude and tries to talk over people.
Nothing against this Dr personally. My experience was not positive. The admin team need to do a better job. At no stage when making an appointment was I told about the $280 Consult fee. They have no hicaps machine and was not told Medibank does not cover anything. Medibanks own web site says 28 people had 100% no out of pocket expense.... I only came here as a medibank advertised this fact on their website. Top cover covers nothing..... Always ask how much when you make an appointment.
Excellent staff at reception. Doctor was quick to note items of interest.
Dr Adib is the most understanding, caring and compassionate doctor I ever visited. I had a really severe acne and Dr Adib made an amazing treatment plan always explaining me every step of it. Even through the toughest times Dr Adib always supported me. I highly recommend Dr Adib to anyone and I am incredibly grateful I was in such good hands :)
Carol is Amazing! I’ve been seeing Carol for 7 years and my eczema is almost non existent! 10/10
