Dr Carol Adib is an extremely thorough professional with an excellent bedside manner. I felt very safe under her care.
Fantastic dermatologist. Very thorough and great bedside manner. Unfair of others to give 1 star about no medibank cover...obviously don't understand how health insurance works! Got my medicare rebate. Great doctor 👏🏻

Admin (Hedi) does not know how to speak to people and should not be in a role where this is a requirement. Absolutely rude and tries to talk over people.
Nothing against this Dr personally. My experience was not positive. The admin team need to do a better job. At no stage when making an appointment was I told about the $280 Consult fee. They have no hicaps machine and was not told Medibank does not cover anything. Medibanks own web site says 28 people had 100% no out of pocket expense.... I only came here as a medibank advertised this fact on their website. Top cover covers nothing..... Always ask how much when you make an appointment.
