We worked with this clinic for the entire life of our 11.5 year old Labrador, Chloe. Dr. Petti worked with us during Chloes end of life care and she was compassionate, in no hurry and made the painful process a little easier. Would highly recommend Dr. Petti at the Avon Lake Animal Clinic.
Dr. Petti was 180 degrees different from the vet I had previously been seeing. She's patient, nice, smart, a great educator, explained everything thoroughly and clearly without any regard to time or seeming in a hurry. She answered my questions and made me feel extremely reassured. Her assistant Jessica is also wonderful. The care of my dog is very important to me, and Dr. Petti and Jessica made a difficult situation much easier.
I've taken many pets here in the last 25 years and I eventually stayed with Dr. Letosky whom went above and beyond for my great danes Shae and Banjo whom one lived almost 11 years and I know its a combo of food, exercise , homelife and Veternarian care as danes usually are lucky to go 7 or 8 years. And when she stepped back and took a break I was devastated and thought how could I ever try another until I met Dr. Carmen Petti for my dog Olive Oil and that was almost 10 years ago.
