I really love Dr. Marrero, she is an awesome doctor, but if I need to talk with the receptionist, they never pick up the phone. You can never reach them if you need them for emergency. There is one receptionist I guess she is the "main or the oldest" receptionist, who always has an attitude. Every time I wanted to make an appointment I felt like I was being rushed and she was annoyed with me. One time she was so rude, she put me on hold and never got back with me. The office staff are very rude. If you cancel because, you have an emergency they will charge you a $25 fee. They lost two patients over this. They are not understanding and are all about the money. Also very disorganized office.
Dr. Marrero is #1 in my book Very caring and really listens to you After the first time there you feel like they all remember you and all just want to help Never feel rushed
It doesn't get better! Dr. Marrero is the most competent, thorough, warm, caring, super smart physician I have met in my years living here in s. Florida, and in my quest to find the 'right fit' for me. I come from NYC, where outstanding physicians are very easy to find. I love Dr. Marrero and her nurse practitioner. But after waiting almost one and a half hours to be seen (with an appointment) I calmly told the staff that I could not work with an office that clearly did not value my time. I get it that emergencies arise. But I wasn’t even waiting for the doctor. I was waiting to see the nurse practitioner, who I really liked! The office staff did not even have the courtesy to let me know when exactly I would be seen. I’m out. Plenty of other doctors to see.

Love this DR! After years of disappointments in local doctors here in Palm Beach county, I ended up flying back home to Chicago to get all my medical care and check ups there. I could not find comparable care here in Florida, until I found Dr. Marrero. She truly is a wonderful doctor. Patient, caring, great bedside manner and gives you all the time you need to ask/address concerns. I never feel rushed and I truly feel she wants to resolve and get to the bottom of any issues you are having.
