Dr. Cawley is very thorough. She listens carefully, evaluates all of your symptoms and makes an accurate diagnosis. You are NOT just a number with this doctor. She is constantly working on your health. I have received notes in my patient portal as late as 9pm where she is still working on my chart. She cares about you. If you listen, make the lifestyle changes and take your medication exactly as prescribed. Dr. Cawley will put you on the road to recovery.
Unfortunately, due to insurance change, I am no longer able to see this wonderful doctor. Dr. Cawley was my mother’s primary for years, and they had the deepest respect, and dare I say love, for each other. Up to my mother’s last days, Dr. Cawley was her advocate. She is a great doctor. I just can't wait until she opens her own practice again. That UT Health (MARC) system she is quitting really SUCKS! What a cluster f"#&.
I saw this doctor several years ago and she was rude and arrogant. She said I probably had bladder or kidney cancer before any tests were done only to find out I didn't. When I asked for a copy of the lab results to take to my Urologist that I'd gone to for years, she got huffy and sent me a letter telling me they no longer wanted me as a patient. She wanted to treat my diabetes and thyroid also and I told her I already had an Endocrinologist. She obviously thought I didn't need my specialists and she should treat everything... read more
Dr Cawley is thorough and knowledgeable. I trust her professional recommendations regarding my health. I am healthier since becoming her patient. It has been frustrating to connect with staff since she closed practice to go to UT.
She is really vested in my health. I feel comfortable asking questions, and she explains everything for my understanding. She is very personable and caring. I have had nothing but a great experience every time I visit.
11/27/18 HORRIBLE physician!!! I saw her ONE time & tried to explain how my medication wasn't working & may need to be adjusted. She through a hissy-fit & said, VERBATIM, "you're not going to put me in a box!" What the heck?! WHY would she say such a thing?! Seems to me she tried to get political. I would NEVER recommend this doctor! WORST physician that I've EVER been to! Appalling! I never would've fathomed encountering such unprofessionalism and stereotyping, by a physician. Rude staff, too!
Dr. Cawley is a terrific Doctor. She is ultra thorough and really seems to care about her patients. I have learned a ton about my diet and how to modify it and it’s all been sound advice. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. My wife and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who would like a true pathologist as a posed to a pill dispenser. Thank you Dr. Cawley!
