A compassionate and easy-going doctor who cares about the overall health and quality of life of her patients.
Receptionist is the most rude and has ZERO customer service. She interrupts before you can complete a sentence, which makes me wonder how they care for their patients in person . Her attitude is as if you are an inconvenience when they actually answer their phone. I would give them a definite negative rate if it was given.
