Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I've contacted his office over 4 times over the past week to have my prescription refilled and they have done nothing! I'm not surprised at all the 1 star ratings. He does not represent the health care industry or dignity health in a positive manner.
Dr. Rillera presents himself friendly and concerning, however is nothing more than a fraud. He substantially overcharged the insurance company claiming he diagnosed me with something that I told him I have when I entered the room. He also incorrectly prescribes medicine and will not return phone calls. Calls to his office for assistance and general questions are met with nothing more than transfers constantly.
