carmel ferreira is extremely rude to nurses! I had a professional interaction with this physician regarding clarification of an order. When the call was returned, the conversation began with a raised voice and an assumption that care was being refused, which was not the case. I was only seeking clarification due to missing details. A more respectful and collaborative approach would have been appreciated..

I don’t usually write reviews until I know a service truly delivers. After years of rushed, impersonal visits with traditional doctors who only prescribed meds, I decided to look for real care. Dr Ferreira and her staff are very professional. Dr Ferreira listens to you, your concerns your worries and really digs deeper into your symptoms and really tries to find the root cause of your problems. 100% recommends her !!
