I had a relatively minor procedure, though I have had bigger ones in the past. Dr. Clinkscales laid out my options clearly (one of which was no surgery) and we agreed to proceed. There was nothing terribly unexpected and the recovery is going well.

Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. There was no waiting. Dr. Clinkscales figured out very quickly what was wrong and explained everything very well, and seems to have fixed my issue after one visit.

This physicians' support team and scheduling is so unresponsive that you may never get to see them if you have a problem. i broke my wrist and made an appointment on a Friday morning, successful only after making multiple attempts to do so. This follow up was needed for continued discomfort of my thumb. Dr. Clinkscales informed me that after two steriod shots he normally recommends surgery. I have elected to have a third steroid injection but am aware I may still need to have surgery. The options were presented and fully explained. No pressure to jump for surgery right away. Great to provide literature to take in order to be more informed. I am very satisfied that Dr. Clinkscales will provide the best treatment if surgery is needed later.
