I've been seeing Dr. Ripton for years. I didn't love her last location (in the worlds most depressing mall), but I was thrilled to hear she had changed locations. She's always on time, fast service, takes great care of her patients.
Doctor was great and the staff was great as well. They're booked well in advance but as long as you plan ahead you'll be fine.
Friendly and helpful staff. The tech who did the preliminary scans before my exam explained what each procedure was about and was very pleasant throughout. Dr. Williams also explained the results of the tests he did and explained what he'd found from those tests. Also a pleasant person and I'll happily recommend him and his practice to anyone needing the services of an optometrist.
I, as well as my mother and father, have been going to Dr. Kwapick for over 30 years. I love how he always takes his time with you. He will answer any question you have no matter how silly you may think it is. He worked with my mom who had Alzheimer's and made her feel safe. I was really sad when he retired, but happy for him.
Nice doctor, less than competent staff. Don’t return calls or answer voice messages.
If I could use ZERO STARS I would. The doctor as well the staff are SUPER RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS . They cover for each other after they provide sub par services. I called last week to this location , I spoke to EMILY who was tremendously RUDE and unknowledgeable . I called to inquire about my benefits and what cost would be upon my visit, I was misquoted several times and after calling EMILY out on that , she got mad and HUNG UP ON ME ! Dr. David Roth has been my optometrist for almost 20 years. He corrected my vision better than any doctor I have been to in the last 45 years. He is extremely patient, listens to his patients, is very accommodating when patients have eye emergencies and has a great "chairside" manner. Dr. Roth's office has a great selection of eyeglasses and his staff is very patient and thorough as well in helping with the selection and fitting of glasses. Our family has been seeing Dr. Williams for more than 15yrs, he is amazing! Always kind and knowledgeable, he takes the time to be through and has never once made us feel like a number or that he rushed through our appointment to get to the next. Dr. Williams staff is always courteous and has supported him and his patients well over the years.
If it were possible to get a rating of 10 stars they would all be deserved by Dr. Sanchez. He is very competent and caring. When my exam revealed a problem he spent an hour and a half with me to get to the bottom of things. He did a very detailed examination and repeated scans. While the news was not good.he helped me to outline a detailed plan going forward. Because of his thoroughness I am hopeful that my prognosis is better that would otherwise be. He is the best..
