Very rude staff at the desk, “supervisor” we drove from Winter Haven after been referred by a very closed friend. Also make you forcely to sign the consent and to take you a picture for the electronic medical record if you refused for the picture if not they doesn’t wants to attend you. When we make the appointment they dont give you instructions prior your arrival that we have to stay at the car awaiting to fill the paperwork, etc (paper with instructions at the door) what about the patients who goes via Taxi or dropp off? ... read more

Very Professional, and always on time and always answer my questions and are really nice to talk to
I was referred to the office of Dr. Placer by my neurosurgeon and since the first moment I felt attended professionally and I felt confident that my pain were going to improve significantly with the procedures that Dr. Placer were going to do. My health insurance took two weeks to approved my treatments but thanks to the secretary that expedited all the documents I finally got the authorization to do my procedures. Might want to find a new doctor this one will charge high co-pays just a walk in the door and the doctor will do nothing for your pain. This is what happened to my brother. The office staff are very rude. This establishment is not very professional when dealing with patients. My brother was in extreme pain when he arrived to the clinic and left in extreme pain as the doctor did nothing for his pain.
Dr. Placer has very good bedside manners. Explains the diagnosis in detail, the treatment plan as well. Today I had my first treatment and didnt hurt as much. Office staff very good and Professional. And most of all he gave me the option of doing something besides medications which I didn't want to try.
Dr.Placer took time to explain what is going on and what he felt I need. I will be going in tomorrow for a facet injection in hopes to help my building discs..god be with him while he guides the needle in my spine...
Dr. Placer is compassionate,friendly and amazing...he and his office staff are always friendly and understanding and make me feel welcome..thank you all for all of your help. I highly recommend him.....
