I love Dr Hernandez. He is the best!
Excellent doctor he is my angel, my family my life changed because him, very professional, he care about his patient and highly recommended if you need help this doctor is amazing.
Called in May and the soonest appointment they had was mid-August which I went ahead and booked. Waited 3 months and was looking forward to getting the help I needed and had asked for time off from work to prepare for this appointment. Received a call from the office a couple days before my August appointment needing to cancel or reschedule my appointment until late November. This is not how a medical business should be ran especially when it comes to the care of patient's struggling with mental health.
Staff is complete incompetence. Doctor has great qualities but some times feel like he is not inclined to have a desire for certain concerns that a patient (me in this case) might have about certain medications. Only at extreme cases is when he sees fit to halt the medication if it's in a critical state. I feel that even though this is a Psichiatry and the whole job is to give out medication, that sometimes there should be more tests or verification that the medication is right for the person.
Experience was frankly horrible. He and his staff made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them. Offered to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when this pattern of behavior became the norm, we felt it necessary to provide this feedback. Very unfortunate. Rarely are you able to speak to someone in that office, as leaving a message is the norm. Rude staff!
The staff at his office is literally the worst I have ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot. An incompetent staff is a reflection on the doctor who hired them in the first place, and therefor must be considered when choosing the right doctor. They have never once answered the phone in the entire two years I've been going there. They have never once returned a call even after specifically requesting it, so re-scheduling an appointment is next to impossible. They never send a prescription.
