Staff sucks. They lie
The best doctor, I'm with him for many years.
He has the dumbest staff as they place you on hold for hours. Take care of your customers.
I have been going to Dr. Fonte for some years now. His staff is very courteous and helpful. They always smile and have answered the phones promptly and with a nice greeting. I have had several procedures with Dr. Fonte and he always calms me down and lets me know that I am doing well. I ask him and his techs questions and they are very patient with me and always answer me. Dr. Fonte knows I get anxious and he always walks me through the procedure and puts me at ease.
