Very caring Personnel Thank you.
I had a most pleasant surprise yesterday, my first visit with Dr. Yolanda Chacon. The staff were so very nice and caring. Thank you Alexis. This is the way I like to be treated as a patient. The office decor is fabulous. And then, finally meeting and working with Dr. Yolanda Chacon was outstanding! They are the complete package, 6 stars. I can't wait until my next visit. Thank you one and all.
Main concern of office is payment over patient.(I am covered) Tech repeatedly asked same question after I answered, after I showed frustration, she was rude. Dr. Chacon was condescending over my concerns after I told her about my experience of being told everything is “ok”. I knew it wasn’t a major problem however after losing my leg after being told it was ok, I am more diligent. And needed/wanted it taken care of.
